Can you provide more details ? If you are using advanced warehouse, check your reservation hierarchy and make sure batch is below location.

Lot Id is system generated number and used internally. Batch is to track inventory.

Hi Prashant,

I guess you are using a Batch number group, which you have set on the Item? (And which are created at Inventory management -> Setup -> Dimensions -> Tracking number groups).

On the number group, if you set Only for inventory transactions and On physical update, the Batch number will not be assigned at the time of creation of the order.

Hi Prashant,

I don't know your current scenario here, but you can use the Blank receive/Blank issued allowed for Tracking dimensions in the configuration setting for batches.
