BPF doesn't show for some users even if security roles are enabled

Hello, 

I have a BPF on Opportunity, Users create opportunities form the + Button from the navigation bar. 

When I open the same opportunity as System Admin, I can see the BPF but other profiles cannot. The security roles are enabled for those profiles. 

Do you have any idea please?

    Can you confirm that the security role(s) set for that BPF match up with the security role(s) assigned to the user?
