Hi everyone,
i'm here to try to understand how is possible that from a business process in lead correlation section , the creation of a correlated email prepopulate in "FROM" filed as expected Logged Account and in "TO" field the father process/incident name correlated. any idea?

Result: The "TO" field is set to the Client(Customer) in the case and the "Regarding" is set to the Case .
I'm not quite sure what do you want to achieve. Set the "TO" field to the Case?

As u can see expectedly your "TO" filed is related to Steve Zhao customer record, instead mine correlation is with business process name ( related like theme inside mail record ) rather than customer
