Timestamp source is dektop instead of Mobile

Hi There,

I am changing the status from mobile for bookings. I did Travelling, Inprogress, Complete. But when i see Timesatamp on bookings, there in timestamp I see the source as Desktop, but all were done from mobile app.

Can anyone let me know what setting i should do for this?

Can you display the booking timestamps within the booking form on the mobile?

Then when you change status on the mobile what does the booking timestamp source say on the timestamp record before you sync it to CRM?

Hi Ravi,

Do you mean the timestamp was changed after sync with server on Field Service Mobile?

If so, please confirm On Conflict setting of woodford.
