Add-on menus not showing in Menusuite

We are on NAV2013. We had created a custom Menusuite - 1090 - Dept-Company. We recently purchased an add-on product, installed their objects including their Menusuite - 105x. But we are not seeing the menu options for this new add-on product. We can manually add their menus to the 1090 menusuite but that will take a lot of time. Is the issue with the add-on product object? Or with our customized 1090?

Hi,

I would try the easiest first: open the menu in design mode, right-click on the menu bars, select "Show in Designer" and see if it's in the list. Also, as a user you need to have permissions to see the new objects. Are there permissions to add in the roles for the users?

You an simply open 1090 menusuite in design mode and save and try..

Have you rights for these objects in your license when you compile?

I would try selecting ALL the Menusuites and re-compile them all at the same time.

The issue was the developers license I had loaded did not have the add-on granule. When I loaded the proper license file then recompiled the 1090 MenuSuite object, I could then see the add-on pages. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
