If you want to enable Japanese localization you can enable country specific features from Administration > Setup > Licensing > License Configuration > Country/Regional Specific Features. You can also check from the same form if it is enabled or not.

    Thanks Cristoph,

    Please let me know

    1. Before enable, we required any backup?

    2. After enabled, what kind of changes made in the application? Means is there any changes in the UI level OR from AOT I can find something?

    3. After enabling the feature,  that only we can do the setup for TAXATION?

Please give me more shed on this

    Thanks!

First try it on your dev system. Once you enabled those you will see a lot of new features specific to country you are enabling will be added in your application. Make sure to complete synchronization once you enabled it. After enabling features you should be able to use functionalities you want like taxation in your case.
