I am unable to see Service in Change area in customer service hub if assigned role of Customer Service App Access and Customer Service Representative.
But it is visible in System Administrator role.

Yes, it is. I basically wants to create Case, and the rights are there as you can see. But still, not appearing in site map.

Even with only these two security roles, you can still access the service area. (By default)
Your security role does not have any permissions for entities in the service area. Please check with a user with the system administrator role to see if he has restricted you.

Basically this happens when role does not have read privilege to any entity in area. Check if Role has access to any 1 Entity present in Service Area.
