Dear experts,

I'm testing Flex credit programs, and when i try to select this in my Benefit cart, i have error as below:

Benefits selection cannot be completed until all Flex Credits have been allocated

    Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics Communities.  Wit this particular issue, I think it would be best to have you log a support request for this issue as it will take some time to investigate.

    Hello,

    I figured out, this is because the Flex credit balance is not zero.

    You have to allocate all of the Flex credit amount before view the Benefit cart.

    Hi,

    I don't have the environment right now so cannot remember exactly.

    Can you try enter these amount and see if the Flex credit balance is 0?
