Hi,

Can I Change the language of word document something like English(India) or English (USA) or English(UK), I am not able to find the way to change the language of Word Document.

Can you please detail a bit more what do you mean with changing the language? Do you mean the language that shows up in the bottom of Word (screenshot below)?

If this is the one you want to change, you just need to click on the language, and a pop-up will show up where you can change it:
