How do I add a PDF file to a PO in NAV 2015 ?

I need you help,

I need to be able to add a pdf file to my PO.

And that attachment needs to be sent at the same time has the PO using Send by E-Mail.

Can this be done?

    Not sure it's quite what I need.

    Let me clarify my request. The file that I want to attach to the Purchase Order is a drawing. As I need my customer to see it before I produce the item.

    So will these step do this?

    And Also, when I send my PO using NAV (Send by E-Mail) with my customer received both the PO and the PDF ?

    Hi,

    There is no out of box functionality to generate PDF but you can follow the steps mentioned in the blog to create pdf.
