Uninstall Field Service App

Hi All,

I'm trying to uninstall the Field service App. However, when I delete the base solution of Field Service, it prompted that there is some workflow is using the field. But I can't find any workflow that mentioned is in used.

When I click the link, it will pop up screen below. But it does not allow me to deactivate or delete it.

Does anyone encounter similar problem?

    Can you share us the error details and if that workflow is OOB or custom workflow.

    The issue is I can't find the workflow in the processes. I'm sure it is not custom workflow.

    Yes I do understand, if its an OOB workflow it can be an internal workflow, which might have got deleted as a part of uninstallation.

    However if its custom workflow it should be visible in processes.

    If it is get deleted, it shouldn't still have dependencies to the Field service right?

    How should I remove the 2 workflow now?

    Yes it should not have dependencies

    If you can share me entire error I can look for that issue.

    Hi Partner

    As this all are OOB Dependency you can raise MS ticket to get all dependencies removed and proceed with uninstallation

    If you want to remove Field service from the system, tell us whether you followed these steps:

    Go to Settings – Advanced Settings – Solutions

    2.      msdyn_FieldServiceTrial

    3.      msdyn_FieldServiceGeofencing

    4.      Remove Geofencing SDK step

    5.      msdyn_Geofencing_Patch_1

    6.      msdyn_IoTHealth

    7.      msdyn_IoTProviders_Patch_1

    8.      IoTProviders

    9.      msdyn_CFS_Patch_1

    10.    ConnectedFieldService

    11.    msdyn_IoT_Patch_1

    12.    IoTConnector

    13.    msdynce_FieldServiceHealth

    14.    msdyn_FieldService_Patch_6

    15.    remove msdyn_/Utils/head.js from a user form

    16.    remove msdyn_/Utils/head1.0.3.js from contact form

    17.    FieldService

    18.    That’s it!

    19.    If you have added any related customizations, a message will appear which can help you access the dependencies you will need to remove.
