Cannot Attach Documents in D365FO On-Prime

I have a problem when attach file in D365FO On-Prime 

" when attach file and i'm connecting to the environment using VPN attachment working "

when attach file and not connecting using VPN i use the URL on my browser TAB it doesn't work and gives below error"

i have check file Type and it's location Azure Storage as below

so i wonder it's forbidden to access it while i'm outside the network or there is a solution for it

    Hi partner,

    Because when sending data to the database, the local environment cannot connect to the azure storage service.

    I think use VPN is correct, it ensures security.

    Thanks Will Wu for your answer

    we opened a ticket with microsoft they said the attachements save in AOS - storage shared folder

    and it locates in  LCS : Maintain/ Update Settings / File Share Settings so if you haven't permission to access it outside the network you cann't access it without VPN, but it seems a way to give permission to it but via IT team
