Can't open portal app getting error

Hi,

I can't open my portal app.  Has anyone run across this issue.  Here the error messages that I am seeing.  Not sure if they are causing my problem. 

I have deleted the portal app several times and I am still having the same issue.

Working with MS support team but they went home for the weekend.

    Thanks for responding.  I am willing to try anything.

    I got the same error message and portal still hanging.

    Hi rthompson,

    Could you run Portal checker. This will identify issues with a portal.

    Thanks for responding back.

    Yes.  I tried running the portal-checker.  Everything looks good.

    I can run the portal.  I can even login and clean the cache.

    I just can't open the portal app to make changes.

    Yes.  I have tried different browsers.  Even the new Microsoft Edge.

    Just no luck with opening the portal app.

    Hi Justin,

    Just tried your suggestion.  Still no luck.

    All this error messages that I'm seeing in the browser contains this "has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."

    ---------------

    Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'portalsitewide-nam.portal-infra.dynamics.com/.../GetPowerBIFeatureSettings from origin 'make.powerapps.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
