Good morning!
I'm currently trying to create a workflow based on an email.
When the email status changes I want to update a certain field on the related contact entity (email:to) with a value from a related quick campaign the email originated from.
But I have a hard time accessing the "to" field of the email entity, it doesn't show up in the "update contact" form of the step.
Is this not possible or am I doing something wrong?
