Looking for Dynamics 365 connector to outlook

Hi Community

I'm looking for a dynamics 365 connector for outlook. Would there be any recommendations that you have used before to track emails that are open, closed with reports.

Hi @Lewischan,

For D365, Make sure Mailbox configured ofr the user. if yes then navigate to settings then Dynamics 365 app for Outlook then Click Add Eligible Users then in their respective Outlook Dynamics will automatically gets added in 15 min.

I recommend you to use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/overview).

You can follow this doc(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook) to install it.
