Hi All,

I have a scenario where i am updating marketing list(subscription list records in higher environment) using excel file and running pipeline.

but I have field name "Is Subscription" two option set field and value contains true or false

while updating this field. The value automatically setting to false even if in the excel file contains value = true

how to fix it any idea will be appreciated

Hi, Instead of excel try the bulk editing tool in advanced find

But here i am trying to update is subscription field.. if the type is static we cannot edit any field you mean to say?

Also i Observed field Locked= No

Any update on this???/

If the list is static, that could be the reason you can't edit. Try this:

spandcrm.com/.../

Hi, are the other fields updating successfully or is this the only field you are updating?

Are all records active?
