Hi all

One of my customers have the following problem:

The managers cannot approve time-off requests anymore. I have the following error in the workflow:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Work item could not be created. Insufficient security permissions for user [user] Please review the user's security permissions to ensure they are sufficient for this workflow document and then resume the workflow.

X++ Exception: The workflow system could not access the business document data. Report this issue to your system administrator.

Everything was running well last week...

Anyone an idea?

    Hi all

I found the solution. Apparently the client has changed the following setting:

The security role "Manager" was not in this list. Adding the role "Manager" to this list solved the issue.

    Hi Parag

Thanks for the help, but is not working.
Even with the standard roles from D365 (Employee & Manager) it is not working.

I have logged a ticket at Microsoft.

    Hi Lenco,

Did you check the user has assigned the person in user form and correct security roles.

    This can be the issue.
