Unable to close the sales order form

Hi All,

I have done some customization in saleseditlines. After this if I open sales order and do the confirmation or packing slip or invoice then i am unable to close the sales order form.

Also from saleseditlines form(posting history form) if i open inquiry form using select button and then back to the saleseditliens form then its not closign the saleseditlines form.

When i debug the \Forms\SalesTable\Methods\close() is not getting called when i press close button in the sales order form.
No errors in the eventlog regarding any deadlock condition.

Unable to find the problem. Anybody came across this kind of problem like unable to close any form. Let me know how to solve this issue which will helpful for me.
