Advanced Bank Reconciliation using Excel

Hi Members,
Is it feasible to perform Advanced bank reconciliation using Excel format in D365 F&O? If so, kindly assist me in solving this.

    Whats the business requirement, the bank reconciliation must be based on files received from bank and most of bank provides MT940 files.

    Hi,
     
    Just as addition to others , You can import bank statement from excel file but it would require certain transformation which will lead to some technical help.
     
    Now for customization you can explore the option based on electronic reporting.
     
    Apart from that if you can prepare data manually in excel as per data entity format for bank statement, you can try that as well.

    Hi,
    Finance supports three bank statement formats out of the box: ISO20022, MT940 and BAI2. You can check out the example in the links below:
