How to restrict 'Close to WON' function

Dear Team,

During the 'Opportunity' stage of the business process flow, I noticed that even if all required fields on filled in you can still 'Close as WON' the opportunity. Is there anyway to block this so you can only 'Close to WON' as part of a workflow rather than the button?
