HI All

I am facing the below error while running the report "Sales Quotation"

"The model with id '895572104" was not found. This can happen if the model id was changed. Perform a full build on its containing package 'Application Suite' to resolve the issue

While performing customization of "Sales Quotation Report" , i have created a new model with reference to application suite.

I have also build the model with database sync and also did a build with reference.Still i am facing the above error .Any help is appreciated !!

Regards,
Anna

I'm confused by your description. Do you have a separate package with a reference to Application Suite, or is your model inside Application Suite package?

In either case, did you rebuilt the Application Suite package, as the error message suggests?

    HI Martin

I have a new model named application suite customization referring the package application suite package. After doing a full build for the package i am getting the above mentioned error "The model with id '895572104" was not found. This can happen if the model id was changed. Perform a full build on its containing package 'Application Suite' to resolve the issue".

The error is shown while printing the sales quotation report in ax 7.

    Regards,

    Anna

If you have a custom package merely referring to Application Suite and you rebuilt it, it means that you didn't rebuild the Application Suite package as instructed. Right?

    Hello Anna and Martin,

Were either of you able to get past this error.  I am seeing the exact error message (just different Model ID number) when doing a full-compile/build and also a DB sync.

I too have a similar over-layering change as Anna had mentioned.

Where in AX7/D3FO can we actually see the Model Id values in Database SQL Server.  The tables from AX2012, which carried those Model IDs, etc do not have that data now.

    please help, thanks.

    Raghu.

Have you tried re-building Application Suite? The messages says "Perform a full build on its containing package 'Application Suite' to resolve the issue", so it would be my first step.

If model IDs are stored somewhere in DB, I'm not aware of it. Why do you think it's the case and what do you want to do with them? There is no modelstore database as in AX 2012.
