How to import\export existing custom roles (permission sets) in NAV 2013 R2

I added 2 custom roles (permission sets) to NAV 2013 R2 and configured their access to different objects. Now i want something like a script that will do the same but automatically.

I have found solution for this goal. As it describes, we can use XMLport 104001 'Import / Export Roles' and XMLport 104002 'Import / Export Permissions'. But i can't find them in Object Designer.
