(ZPL) "Custom Label" options not showing up

Hello,

I have recently made some Custom Labels with Zebra ZPL and were working fine for about a week. They are gone from the Menu now:

and the -Label layout data source ID- dropdown is greyed out blocked.

There should be an Items option on the Label layout data source ID and more options in the Label layout ID for Items.

Zebra printers are networked (printing fine when test print from PC), and the Document Routing Agent is running as a Network Service.

What am I missing?
