SQL Error: Invalid Column name "Owning Business Unit"

Can you help me what is the solution on the error that I am getting below. It was working until yesterday but this morning it already getting this problem when I am trying to close the case by clicking resolve case as shown below.

    Hi partner,

    1.Please check if you have the permission to "BusinessUnit" entity.

    2.Please check if you filled in "Owingbusinessunit" field in your case form.

    If the issue still exists, you could raise a ticket to Microsoft Team and let the engineers help you in background.

    Thanks LeoAlt. Yes, it has permission already. Kindly help me on how will i raise it to Microsoft? I don’t have the right email address and contact number . Thanks

    Hi partner,

    You could follow the below steps.

    1.Login Office 365 and click "Admin" to enter admin center.

    2.Click on "Support" in the left list and fill in "Dynamics 365" in text box then the system will return a link and open it.

    3.Select your issue information and click "See solutions", then the system will show you some solutions about customizations, find "Create a new support" on the bottom of the page.

    4.Complete your issues description here, you could also add attachment like imgs and click "Next".

    5.Finally, fill in your region and contact, then the Microsoft engineer will contact you through the information you provided.

    Good Day Noside,

    Try setting the Read Privilege on the Queue Entity to Organization level.

    It's already set to Organizational level as shown below.

    The Queue entity is on the Core Records tab as per the screenshot below.

    Well, this solves the error quote, but it is a security issue now, because other business units can see queues of different business unites. That shouldn't be possible. I believe it is still an issue, that should be raised to MS.

    Agreed, I'm hoping that Microsoft gets better at introducing bug-free software updates; especially since their new update policy no longer allows us to postpone buggy software updates.
