embedded power apps in conversation form (omnichannel/multisession app)

Hello,

I'm trying to embed power apps in conversation form on omnichannel multisession app. However, the app on the form does not load during the conversation between the agent and the customer. One the conversation is close the power apps app is appear normally like any other form.

any ides why this is happing and any idea for workaround?
