The base of cases and knowledge articles samples is in Russian

I have a trial version of Customer service, and from the very beginning I got the samples of cases and articles in Russian language.
I'm wondering why this might have happened? And? which is more important, is there any chance to get it in English?

This could happen due to regional settings or the default language settings of your environment.

It could be due to language settings selected when the trial environment was set up.
