The exact user that send email via Dynamics AX 2009.

On Dynamics AX 2009, I can send email.

How this is done, and does Dynamics AX 2009 have a specific user for that (also an email address?)?

Can I use that user outside Dynamics (i.e - The email address that I can declare on SQL server)?

Yes MS Dynamics AX 2009 can send email for Alert Rules/Workflow notifications, you have to add the email address to be used for sending and add the SMTP server as well. in addtion to you can add email body contains hyperlinks to open MS Dynamics AX clinet.

eMail setup you can find it under Administration->Setup->e-mail parameter

eMail body you can find it under Basic->setup->eMial templeats

I saw nothing on Administration -> Setup -> email parameters, that corresponding to a specific email.

I meant that, is email are send from a specific email address?

(When I am sending from email, should must be a specific email address for that, as I generally send email - Where that email is configured?)

The email address entered in the email parameter is the sender email (from email).

You have to enter an active email account, password, and SMTP port
