Is there a way to take multiple created interest notes and post them? I know you can calculate multiple interest notes and print multiple interest notes. Let me know if there is a way.

The status field wasn't showing in the drop down so I typed it in and the criteria I was able to choose "Created", "Posted" or "Cancelled".
Hi AX Padawan,
If you want to post only selected ones that are in a specific Status you can create a 1:n relationship as illustrated in the next screenprint
This ensures that only created interest notes are posted.
However, simply removing all filters should work the same way as AX shouldn't post an already posted interest note again.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi The AX Padawan,
There is no multi-select functionality available in this form.
You have to select one and then select the post button where you can remove all filter criterias.
Removing all filters will post the newly created ones as already posted interest notes won't post a second time.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Ludwig (and anyone else),
I am able to post multiple Customer Accounts when I choose the interest notes in the interest note field. There is no "Status" field available in this form. Do you know how I could add it to this form?
Say I choose Created and I want to Post all the "Created" ones. If I click on the checkbox next to the column names it highlights all the Interest Notes. The Post button is not active when multiple interest notes are checked. I was wondering if we have to do each one separately or if you can post multiple notes at a time.
Hi,
The answer to your question is yes. You can do this filtering directly in the interest note form.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Is there a way to see all the Created but not Posted interest notes using the filters?
Hi The AX Padawan,
If you really like to post it and if your customers pay then do the following
1. Open the interest note form where you have you created/printed interest notes
2. Identify one of your unposted notes and select the post button
3. In the posting form remove or modify the filters that are automatically set to the interest note from where you opened the posting form
4. Once you have adjusted your filters, you can post all of your unposted interest notes at once.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Is there a way? They would like to pay them.
Hi,
Do you really want to post them? Are your customers likely to pay those amounts?
Ludwig
