relation Between two field while creating a table

Hello EveryOne!

I am new in AX.

I am trying to create a table where the users will update issues they have.

For this, I'm creating a table which has two field Issues Types and Issue. For every Element of Issue Types Master, I have created a table which consists of all those issues in that Issue Types

I want these field (Issue Types and Issue) connected to each other in such a way that when user select Any Issue Type. In Issue field only those issue will appear in drop down which are in that Issue types.

So will anyone guide me please so that I can create a relation between Issue types and Issue

( I want it to appear like Items group And Items In sales order, ie when we select any items group only items in that group appears in Item column in the dropdown menu.)

I think you should use lookup method.
