Our users are trying to run Customer account statement for specific customer by the following path:
Sales Ledger module > Customers > All Customers.
Filter on and a select a customer, then under Customer Balances, select Statement.
When the statement is run, it runs as normal but there is no balances column. It looks like its been chopped off. I can't show a copy of the screen for data protection reasons.
However, if I run the same report by going to Sales Ledger > Periodic tasks > Customer account statement, the balance column shows - although there is no data and we need to run it for individual customers.
We are on version 10.0.42 of finance and operations and update 66.
Any advice or known issues?
