There is no Reminder Level within the filter

Hi

I receive the following error when trying to run the "create reminders" action.

Filters set:

  • Each customer has the Reminder terms code INLAND defined.
  • There are due amounts for customers.
  • There are also customers which would receive their first reminder.

    Due and overdue are different in BC.

    With the Overdue filer on, you will get only entries that have passed the due date.

    Have you tried to run the aged receivable report and check the overdue amounts?
