I am tying to create a report that will provide a list Accounts and their Entitlements where their Entitlement has expired and a new Entitlement has not been created.
Hi rwalkover,
You could create Rollup field to count your active Entitlement(You could change condition in Rollup field based on your demand) and filter your account records by it's value equals 0.
