Hi Ivan,
Have you resolved this issue? I am not able to login to my LCS. If you have already resolved it, can you please let us know the direction? Thank you very much in advance.
Hi, eolson
Have you resolved this issue? I have got the same and don't able to login to LCS.
Hi eolsen,
we've had this some month ago (in local vms and LCS deployed vms)
see also https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/33/p/200969/521010
The first NewDAX offers had only a 90 day trial included.
I think you should contact MS to extend your license. Maybe this is possible in the the meanwhile. In our case we had to to request a new offer, but were unable to extend the existing, expired installations.
So we had to create o new O365 account and redeploy with this.
I hope this problem is fixed in the meanwhile, so you will be able to use your existing deployments.
I was told, it could be possible by requesting a new offer, and using the link in the mail.
- Log in with your current tenant to office admin portal (the one with the expired license).
- Paste the URL from the answer email in the opened browser
- There should be a button in the upper right side to extend your current license, use this.
regards
Douglas
Hi eolsen,
The error message is stating something is disabled. Can you check if someone made some changes somewhere? I think AADSTS is related to Azure Active Directory. It might be the case that the application rights have been changed.
