My client is on 18.4, uses Modern Authentication and had no issues emailing out of GP, but they tell me that when they send emails out of AP they get an option on which email account the email will be sent from and they select an AP email address they have setup. In Receivables he does not get that option but wants to use an AR email address. Is that just a matter of logging into the Modern Authentication window with whatever account they want to use or is there something else they can setup? If it is logging into a different account to send emails from AP then send them in AR - How do they get the Modern Authentication window to come up everytime they send in a different module
For one of our clients who sends from different email boxes, we have them set up with Forms Printer (accountable.com) add-in. Great product, great functionality, and great support.
