Autosave option in Development user's settings

Hi,

i'm often experiencing troubles during the day when this option is enabled.

While I'm editing an object in the AOT (a table, form, view, or whatever) and I try to save it, I receive a warning like "unable to save, the object's version on server is more recent than yours".

I think this is caused by other developers having the autosave option enabled. This makes them save the whole AOT every 5-6 minutes and it causes my objects to get out of date..

Anyone can confirm this?

    Hi.

    The auto-save will only save objects that have actually had changes made to them. So you should only get this issue if somebody else has actually made a change to the object, or perhaps if you have made a change via another session

    Maybe is the auto-refresh option then?

    I'm still getting this problem and can't figure out the cause...

    Hi Win32.

    This really normally only happens when somebody else has changed the record or when you have changed it in a different session. You can try to a restore on an object before working on it to prevent this issue as well
