I cannot pick items for Sales Order, even if they are physically available

Hi, I'm trying to pick some pieces of an item for a Sales Order, but I keep receiving this error:

but I have available quantity:

why I cannot complete the picking?

Solved, on this Item we have Serial tracking dimension as well and I expect to keep the serial field blank, since we have this setup on the released item:

but it seems that it was not the case and I had to copy the batch number on the serial number field and now it works
