I am unable to see how the payments were applied and make corrections.  This was a payment made on 09/2019:

But here is the same customer and payment was made in 12/2019 and it lets me view them:

Both are showing as OPEN in customer.

    Hi Loveleen,

It doesn't look like the first payment has been applied, yet the Amount Remaining dollars are missing.

I recommend to go to Tools | Utilities | Sales | Reconcile and mark 'outstanding document amounts' and reconcile.   Then go back to the payment to see if the Amount Remaining dollars are back.  This reconcile utility should update the Amount Remaining according to the apply records, so if there are no apply records, then it should get updated back to the full doc amount.

    Thank you,

    Cheryl W.
