Procurement Category - Line Detail General - Field PR # Blank

Dear All,

I want to ask about PR.

user 1 when open PO, the PR field at line detail general blank, while other user ( user 2 ) could see the PR #.

they both use same roles, the differencies is user a is manager and have approve po/pr duty.

why in user 1 , the pr blank ?

need your advice.

    Try resetting user1's usage settings (user-->options-->usage date (reset)). also reset the form (right click-->personalize-->reset) also just incase it has some issue. 

    Also you mentioned the security rights are not the exactly the same. To make sure it is not something missing in the security rights give user 1 the same rights as user 2 and check.

    check purchase requisition permission and check record level security for user role

    its assigned to same roles, the differencies is that user 1, has additional priviledge to approve pr.
