Ideas for Dynamics CRM Demo

Hi All,

I need to give a demo on Dynamics 365 CE possible functionalities particulary exposing its customization side such as JavaScript, plugins and workflows.

The demo is meant for people having no idea of customization and fewer knowledge on the functional part

I request you to provide me an idea of what system should I built so that it covers the major customization aspects of crm plus the good functional aspects.

Any idea would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    What does your customer wish to achieve by implementing a CRM application in the first place? When your customer does not have a clue about the functional part, how come they are interested in the Javascript and plugins? Maybe their implicit requirements can be met by OotB functionality.

    I would demonstrate things that would make life for the business users of your customer easier/better. Focus on future end users on different levels in the organization.

    Hi,

    Thank you so much for your reply. This is just for the training purpose hence does not involve any customer requirements. I wanted to show demo using a system so that it is easy to relate.Thats the reason i asked for ideas for demo. This content further will be used for future training as well.
