We need to pass few SharePoint Online list field values like List ID, reference number, date, amount etc to On Premise Dynamic AX 2012 version 6.2.158.0 after the list approval process.

What is the best feasible solution for this ?

Employees of the organization who are distributed all over country will not have access to On Premise Dynamic AX.  Also Finance department will not allow to access the  Payment System. For that purpose, each employee can submit payment request form that will be sent to his/her line manager for approval followed by Finance department approval.

    Hello Sajith G H,

I never heard that somebody uses SharePoint online for payment approval processes.

Why don't you do the approval in AX2012 directly and use the standard approval features that you have available there?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

It is Payment Approval Process. After the approval, the SharePoint Online list items fields like Reference Number, Payment Date, Amount etc needs  to be recorded in the OnPremise  Dynamic AX.

    Hello Sajith G H,

For what purpose do you need those data from SharePoint?

What is the approval process you refer to?

Would be great if you could clarify.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
