Hi, is there a way to receive notifications when there are new update available for the Omnichannel apps for dynamics 365.
Also are there an release notes for minor updates bug foxes for the application outside of the road map?

Right now, there is no public document reporting and describing the fixes for OmniChannel. A similiar document (support.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-online-releases) will be available in a near future.
You can check for features included in each release through this article:

Regarding notifications, administrators should monitor the available updates through APPLICATIONS tab on PPAC (Power Platform Admin Center).
