A good morning

from yesterday on I can't see a view any more in the dynamics 365 app for outlook / I get the following error : An error has occurred, please try again, if the problem persist please contact your system administrator

I am able to quick create a case or opportunity in outlook 2013

when you go to the owa of outlook it works fine

Dear Steve,

I tried the above sujestion but it failed, do you have another solution

it works with OWA but not with outlook 2013
