I am facing sp execution error during run GP Utilities. Can anyone please guide me what should I do?

It appears that company database is missing the PA00001 table, which is the Customer Vendor Master table, and has existed since at least GP 2010, so if you're coming from GP 2015, it should exist in that company database.
If you have it in another company database, just script it out and run it in this company database to create it, then launch GP Utilities again to continue the upgrade.

Thank you for your writing, I can see that table in other company database but I am not well aware to sql server can you please guide how can I script out that table in other company.

In SQL Server Mgmt Studio, if you right-click on the table, then choose 'Script Table As' > 'CREATE To' > 'New Query Editor WIndow', which will write the table script in the query window, then you'll need to either change or remove the top two lines which will usually reference to use the database you took the script from, so we can run it against the company database that needs the table.
