SL Web App Hot Fixes - Where to get the latest?

I am looking for the latest hotfix bundle for SL 2015 Web Apps. The most relevant page I could find on PartnerSource is the following. But the download link there points to 092719 HF, not the latest 112219 HF. Where can I find the 112219 HF for SL 2015?

Similar confusion exists for SL 2018, this time for the source code. The source code listed here is definitely not the 112219 HF.

But at least I was able to eventually hunt it down here:

IMHO, it shouldn't be this hard to find the latest product releases...
