Again Customer Voice is not sending any survey from the platform itself (send survey via email). This time the email appears as "Sent", but no survery is recieved. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

We have had issues twice it the last week but seem to be sending okay atm. We had this update on the issues last Friday: m
Now, to address your questions - we do not know what exactly what was the root cause of the issue, but it seems that there were multiple users affected from other business units as well and indeed it was resolved on Friday. Specifically, when it comes to Customer Voice, the best thing to do after you have raised a case is to schedule a call with the agent so as to gather information like survey IDs, URLs, etc. and to have them ready if you know how to get them.
