I have a question regarding contact data. I plan on implementing solution in which I want to ingest data from many sources into Customer Insights and then use this created unified profile data in D365 Marketing. My question is what is the best practice in terms of ingesting contact data - how can I make sure that the data I'm using will be both in Customer Insights and D365 at all times?

hi , you can use Customer Insights and D365 Marketing are natively connected, so you shouldn't need to switch between profiles and contacts. You can create a segment in Customer Insights and select that segment directly in D365 Marketing while creating your customer journey. You can personalize the customer journey based on profile attributes and personalize email content.
