Please check the following point:
1. Make sure your environment is correct.
2. Make sure your app has not been deleted.
3. Can other users who has access to the app you created see it? If yes, please use another browser to have a try or clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, please raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.
