Capability map for resources showing wrong capabilities

Hi,

I added to an employee that is also defined as a resource a certificate and a skill. Afterwards, when I open the capability map, the skill and certificate are shown as present for all resources of type human resource. I used the contoso environment. Employee 000454 that is asigned to resource 00101. I added as a certificate driving license and as a skill Armenian language and now this certificate and skill is not only shown for resource 00101 but for all resources of the type human resource. Does anybody know if there is something wrong in AX or if there is something in the setup that has to be respected?
