Nav 2013 CU 37 NST folder

I am reading the instructions on how to perform platform update CU37 on the server as well as client RTC. When I extracted the CU37 package, the NST folder did not have the dll files such as Microsoft.dynamics.frameworkui.extensibility.dll, Microsoft dynamics.nav.client.businesschart.model.dll, etc. From reading the documentation, the NST folder only have up to the Sqmapi.dll. But I see these files (e.g., Microsoft.dynamics.framework.ui.extensibilityldll) in the RTC folder. Are they pretty much the same files so I can just copy some of these files from RTC folder into the C:\program files\Microsoft dynamics nav\70\service folder of the Nav server?

You only need to copy the relevant latest files available in Cumulative updates folder and paste into relevant folders.
