What would be a common way to filter between CUSTOMERS and PROSPECTS?  In Dynamics 365 (Sales).

So how to create a report under customers / accounts.
Then filter between ACTIVE Accounts versus PROSPECTS

I understand your view will look different / tailor made but hopefully you still have a suggestion for me.
Active would be with at least one opportunity closed won or has baseline amount.
PROSPECTS would be:  no active opportunities  won and no baseline amount.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can easily filter accounts with related opportunities:
But what is the baseline amount? Is it a field on which entity it belongs?
